- TIPS will analyze your adoption documents
- TIPS will provide you with a customized investigation plan

| Phase 1 Goals |
- You will have already received your complementary pre-assessment
- You will receive the necessary forms to obtain your non-id from various sources
- You will receive the correct addresses for each letter that Cindy has directed you to send
- You will receive detailed instructions on how to send all letters
- You will continue to receive support and advice while waiting for your non-id

| Phase 2 Goals |
- Identify your natural birth relatives' and adoptee name
- Find some of the circumstances surrounding your birth
- Obtain additional information about your birth
- Access databases that are only accessible to investigators
- Attempt to retrieve updated medical information about birth relatives and adoptee
- Identify and find grandparents, siblings, and other birth relatives
