TIPS is excited to announce that our founder, Cindy Soper, has written a book that will provide adoptees and birth family members with the laws and the necessary steps to start retrieving the paperwork that is allowed to most adoptees and birth family members.

Some states offer state registries, some states have confidential intermediaries, some states allow the adoptee their original birth certificate, but each state has its own laws and procedures that must be followed.

In the two years that TIPS has been offering a search consultation we have been contacted by almost 1,500 adoptees or birth family members, most of which have little or no information.

An adoption search is achievable but the person searching must know what they are doing and where to locate the information. Cindy Soper has reunited adoptees and birth families throughout the United States and even other Countries. She reveals in this book the techniques used in an adoption search.
