My name is Cindy Soper and I am the founder and operator of True Investigative & Paralegal Services (TIPS). I am not your ordinary private investigator...I will go above and beyond the call of duty. My approach differs from that of other investigators in one important way: I personally work on your case from start to finish. I don't just complete a search and send out my bill-far from it.

It is my genuine desire to help people that has led me to become a licensed private investigator. I specialize in helping those that have been affected by adoption, whether they are an adoptee, birth parent, adoptive parent, sibling, or any type of relative at all.

Investing not only my time and energy in each search, I also put my heart into it and I remain involved-from both a practical and emotional perspective-from start to finish. It is this personal involvement which I believe sets me apart from others in my field and I am one of the lucky few who can honestly claim to love what I do.
