TIPS owner, Cindy Soper, has been trained by the nationally recognized leading expert in locating missing persons, Norma Tillman. Norma has over 20 years experience as a private investigator and has located over 1000 missing persons throughout the United States. She is the author of many books and has appeared on many television shows where she was facilitating reunions.
Norma has appeared on shows such as Oprah Winfry, Leeza Gibbons, Vicki Lawrence, Jenny Jones, Sally Jessey Raphael, Case Closed, Matty & Matty and many more.
